Job Description

Gore Medical Products has provided creative therapeutic solutions to complex medical problems for 35 years, saving and improving the quality of lives worldwide. As a leading manufacturer of vascular grafts, endovascular and interventional devices, surgical meshes for hernia repair, and sutures, we are looking for an experienced, energetic Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Aortic Endovascular business in Flagstaff, AZ.

In this dynamic role, you will work with a business and sales leadership team accountable for a market-leading portfolio of endovascular stent grafts and accessory products serving the clinical needs of the abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) stent graft market. You will collaborate with sales leadership, product specialists, and business leadership to develop and implement the strategic and tactical marketing plan in support of the GORE EXCLUDER AAA Endoprosthesis in a rapidly expanding market.

  • Recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft positioning for current and future products
  • Analyzing current market needs, trends, and competition that will stimulate creation of new products
  • Establishing and continuing to build valuable relationships with physicians, clinical champions, and thought leaders in the field
  • Working on a global team to assess the value and potential of participation at key trade shows and congresses
  • Attending conferences, clinical meetings, sponsored clinical training events, and seminars to take advantage of the opportunity to promote the GORE EXCLUDER AAA Endoprosthesis and the Gore aortic and cardiovascular portfolio and educate the medical community about their use
  • Launching new materials and devices by helping craft promotional and advertising strategies
  • Designing comprehensive strategic-marketing plans in support of the North Asia-Pacific market
  • Managing and making the best use of marketing resources to meet both immediate and long-range goals
  • Working with divisional and business-unit marketing leadership, product specialists, and marketing services to create integrated and coordinated marketing campaigns
  • Increasing the podium presence of EXCLUDER at key congresses
  • Developing and promoting influential third-party publications
  • Contributing marketing direction to business plans
  • Developing and driving marketing initiatives in support of business objectives
  • Effectively managing a marketing budget to drive business activities


Qualifications

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of medical-device marketing-management or product-management experience
  • A track record of working closely with high-performing sales teams
  • History of successful product launches
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to:
    • Collaborate with internal and external constituencies, such as sales, legal, regulatory, product development, and support staff to ensure successful execution of business plans
    • Build an influential network of industry experts and decision makers in support of a dynamic brand
    • Travel up to 40%

Desirable Job Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in marketing
