As a leading manufacturer of vascular grafts, endovascular and interventional devices, surgical meshes for hernia repair, and sutures, we are looking for an experienced, energetic Marketing Communications Resource Coordinator to join our Marketing Communications team in Flagstaff, AZ.

In this role, you will coordinate the master production schedule for marketing and sales collateral for a market-leading cardiovascular medical-device business. In this key role, you will work with a multidisciplinary team accountable for implementing and overseeing global communications programs.

The ideal candidate will:

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the work flow process for marketing communications projects to ensure timely implementation
  • Serving as a liaison between MarCom specialists and internal and external production resources selected to design, lay out, review, and produce marketing communications materials
  • Proactively identifying project flow limitation factors and actively determining solutions to avoid delays
  • Facilitating provision of content changes, creative assets, and project decisions to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
  • Engaging with associates and external vendors to communicate fulfillment information and deadlines
  • Maintaining internal project documentation, including media reservations, project databases, material release information, and media warehouse communications
  • Planning/scheduling resources and production
  • Ensuring project schedule requirements are met
  • Maintaining job documentation
  • Partnering with MarCom specialists to track, monitor, and communicate project milestones
  • Routing projects
  • Proofing and editing content
  • Facilitating project review approvals
  • Coordinating project pricing and approvals
  • Coordinating team efforts in adherence to deadlines
  • Planning and organizing project deliverables
  • Engaging with the commodity buyer to maintain sufficient inventory levels
  • Facilitating RFQs, investment approvals, and purchase order requisitions
  • Coordinating special projects as required


Qualifications

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in/with:
    • Managing marketing communications projects
    • Trafficking and resource management of collateral
  • Experience working with vendors and remote teams for creative and production work
  • Demonstrated understanding of electronic and print file production and delivery
  • Knowledge of procedures used to manage multiple projects and aggressive timelines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High-volume project management skills
  • Highly effective proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with Windows-based PCs and solid working knowledge of standard business software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated good judgment under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to perform as an effective resource to ensure content consistency
  • Ability to:
    • Work in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Manage many tasks simultaneously
    • Function independently as well as collaboratively within the team

Desirable Job Qualifications

  • Medical/pharma marketing communications or agency experience

The successful candidate will be required to work out of a plant-based office on a daily basis.
