The ideal candidate will:

- Recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
Responsibilities include:
- Interacting extensively with customers via telephone
- Processing sales orders using online systems
- Researching and resolving internal and external customer issues
- Managing projects, such as quality standards compliance, training, international order fulfillment, and identification and implementation of process improvements
- Serving as a liaison between customers and the business in expediting domestic and international orders
- Assisting sales associates
- Providing basic technical support
Qualifications

Required Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience in a call center or a high-volume, technically oriented customer-service function, OR a high school diploma and at least 5 years' experience in a call center or a high-volume, technically oriented customer-service function
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Project-management skills
- Demonstrated computer skills with both large, centralized applications as well as Windows-based PC programs
- Attention to detail
- Ability to:
- Comprehend, recall, and explain technical and/or complex information to customers
- Be flexible and adjust quickly to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Manage many tasks simultaneously
- Resolve problems promptly
- Comprehend, recall, and explain technical and/or complex information to customers
Desirable Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
